need two people to do, scott has training already
jonah will ask scott if he wants to be more involved, if not it is ok and someone else will take the role
jonah has asked emailed to ask when the next training is, jonah is actually in the app but cannot actually do anything
need to reimburse tom and amanda for the squarespace
fliss is financed trained, can sign off on the forms
COVID OFFICER
have received an email about an update about events that can be run
if we want face to face events we need a covid officer
there are three training sessions
freddy can do training for covid officer because the officer will have to be there for every event
can talk about doing larger events, maybe to talk about a fashion again

FINAL TERM PLANS
personal expectations are lower for everyone this term because of exams, socials will be more chill
if people want to do less please do not feel pressured to do work
SOCIAL MEDIA PLANS
megan is going to promote the book club on instagram over the next couple of days
Megan also has found someone to take over the book club next term
next week is lesbian visiblility week, megan might do a post
if anyone want to post anything, dm megan personally to ask her
weekly event update post: instead to do monthly round up, will still have coffee shop, will have a study session, possible destress dog sessions
maybe one casual event every two weeks, one term finishes to have one or two celebratory events
megan will try to reshare things on story to promote
FACEBOOK MESSAGE ON CLUB NIGHT
the association received a message on facebook about a hang loose club night
to look into it and see who the person actually is and research on it
DEMOCRACY REVIEW
jonah has been asked to take part in a workshop that he cannot attend
jonah will email that cannot make it, but will email thoughts on
they essentially are looking at who should be sat on assembly
are all the right voices currently represented? do we need more or less voting members? are the current positions useful?
jonah feels as long as the associations are represented and has a voting seat it will be sufficient
if anyone has any questions or thoughts, they can message jonah about it
